Established in 2020 by Beth Baunoch, ForReal Media was created to bring more inclusivity to the podcast world. We hold workshops, build confidence, take story pitches, and help Baltimoreans create the podcasts of their dreams. We focus on investigative, journalistic, immersive podcasts–we take deep dives into important topics, we ask the hard questions, we stay curious and open to what we learn, and we share our findings with the world in an educational and entertaining format. As much as we love podcasts, it all began with documentary film, so we do occasionally take doc pitches.
